We have several property upgrades coming to make your stay more enjoyable and provide the most unique experience in our community!

• Dog Wash -  Construction is currently under way as of January 2024. Mud room in the garage is being converted into a dog wash with commercial wash tub, soap dispensers, dog blow dryer and grooming table, new tile flooring and backsplash. Expected finish is spring 2024
• Laundry Room Improvements - New tile flooring, backsplash and fold down folding table being installed - Painting already complete
• Improved Interior Lighting -  Installation of more interior lighting
• Deck Lighting - Installation of lighting on stairs of deck going up to the front door
  
• Full Landscape and Outdoor Living Remodel - The entire landscape will be changing over the next two years through 2025. 
  
  • Removal of Pine trees to make way for grading and horse shoe pit installation with overhead shade
  • Outdoor kitchen/fireplace with sitting area
  • Expanded boat/toy parking with grading and Decomposed Granite
